The starting point was a real company in Santiago. About 200 Google accounts, a form, a spreadsheet, and one person doing everything by hand when they had time. Every hire took half an afternoon. Every departure forgot something.
We looked around and it was the same everywhere. The big tools of this kind are built for corporations with IT teams. For a company of 50, 100 or 300 people there was nothing simple, local or affordable.

An account exists because a person joined the company. If the joining and leaving dates are already in People or in payroll, nobody should have to request them by email.

What happens to the files and email of someone who leaves is known by their direct manager. Our job is to ask on time and execute the decision.

No platform lets a third party reduce what you contracted, and several allow no automation at all. We say so on every page, and what cannot be automated becomes a task with evidence.

We charge per managed account: free up to 20, cheaper the more accounts you have, and no implementation fee.
