What is checked
Three things, from your browser: that the app responds, that the public API responds and that this site loads. If your browser cannot reach one of them, it shows 'No response' even if the service is up; try from another network in that case.
How we notify
Incidents and scheduled maintenance are announced by email to the administrators of each organization, with start time, impact and estimated end, followed by a cause summary. No maintenance during Chilean office hours.
What runs on its own
Scheduled joiners and leavers run at the set time by a process with retries; if an operation fails, the request is marked 'needs attention' with the reason and a notice is sent. Each organization's operations calendar shows every run with its status.
