Frequently asked questions

Do I need technical people on my team?+
Not to start. On Silver you sell and we connect each client. On Gold and Platinum we recommend training one or two people to serve your clients end to end.
Is the commission recurring?+
Yes. As long as the client stays active and pays monthly, you keep earning your share. If the client cancels within the first 30 days, that month's commission is reversed.
Can I have several salespeople?+
Yes. The portal supports several users with different roles. Each salesperson has their own commission and tracking.
In which countries can I be a partner?+
Latin America, Spain and the United States. If you are elsewhere, write to us and we will evaluate.
Can I put my brand on the portal?+
Yes. On Gold with your logo and colors. On Platinum with your own domain, with no visible Mekovault branding.
