Email, chat, projects, sales, support, code. Each person in your company has an account on every one of them, and each account is created, blocked and paid for separately. Mekovault brings them together.
We start with the ones that can truly be automated. Where a platform doesn't allow it, or only allows it on its most expensive plan, Mekovault organizes the task: owner, instructions, deadline and evidence.
Trademarks belong to their owners. Mekovault is not affiliated with these companies.
Mekovault talks directly to the platform: it creates, blocks and offboards accounts, and brings in the inventory of who has what.
Some platforms don't allow automation, or only allow it on their most expensive plan. There, Mekovault assigns the task to whoever manages that platform in your company, with instructions and a deadline, and asks for evidence when it's closed.
If you use something that isn't on the list, you register it yourself with its owner. It's included in every departure just the same.
We don't use bots that pose as a person in the browser, and we don't store an administrator's personal password. If a platform doesn't offer an official way to do something, a person on your team does it, and it's recorded.
Your HR system can tell Mekovault when someone joins, changes role or leaves. You decide what happens with each notice.
HR systems (they report hires and departures)
If you don't connect one, everything works the same with requests.
An email goes to whoever you choose. Nothing else.
Someone approves it before anything happens. This is what we recommend.
The block is scheduled for the day and time of the departure, with an email to bring it forward or cancel it.
Everyone connects apps to their Google account: calendars, signatures, AI assistants, extensions. Mekovault lists them every week, asks the manager which ones stay and revokes the rest, with evidence.
Read the connected apps guideEach platform is a mini app that manages its accounts (create, remove, block) and counts its licenses. Mark only the ones your company uses: you build the pack and the price per platform drops with how many you pick.
In preparation: The connector is being built. Nothing is charged until the platform is connected to your company.
Guided: The platform does not allow automated offboarding. Mekovault assigns an owner, records the seat and keeps the evidence.
License control is included: in Google Workspace and in every mini app.
Microsoft 365, Outlook and Teams is not a mini app: it will be a base platform, priced per account like Google Workspace, once its connector is in production.
Knowing which platforms the company uses, who has an account on each one, which outside apps have access to those accounts and what it all costs per month. Mekovault does it from the Google Workspace accounts: accounts per platform, apps with access and licenses.
They are covered as a guided task: Mekovault assigns the offboarding or onboarding to whoever administers that platform, with a deadline and instructions, and keeps the evidence. Nothing is left out of a person's exit.
As mini apps: one per platform, one by one, and the price per platform drops with how many you pick. Platforms in preparation are not charged until they are connected.
No. It works with accounts, not devices: it uses each platform's official connection and never stores an administrator's personal password.
