Application onboarding and offboarding, under control: Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Figma and everything you pay per person. HR requests it, Mekovault runs it on time and the evidence stays.
Built for the platforms you pay for per seat
Start from what is happening today. All three doors lead to the same panel.
Account ready on day one, closed on the last day with email and files handed over and the license released. HR requests it, no IT.

An account exists because a person joined the company. When they change roles or leave the organization, nobody guarantees the other accounts stop billing: the design license, the Slack seat, the card subscription, the shared account they managed.

What usually happens without governance: email gets closed and nobody looks at the rest again. Names and platforms are examples.
If the data comes from HR, there is nothing to approve, no message to Support and no need to open the Google console. The request is scheduled for the last day, runs on its own and leaves everything recorded.
Mekovault reads the licenses of every connected platform: how many you bought, how many are assigned and how many are stuck on blocked accounts. When someone leaves, it releases the license or tells you exactly what to change in the console.
Three numbers and an honest estimate. Adjust them to your company.
per month leaks in licenses of people who already left, in a company of 50 to 500 people
is what each license costs per person per month; the invoice arrives whether anyone uses it or not
is how long a forgotten account keeps getting paid, on average, before someone closes it
Share of people who leave in a year. Typically between 15% and 30%.
Google Workspace and similar platforms cost between $7 and $25 per person per month.
24 people leave per year
Estimated annual leak
$1,728
≈ $144 a month you are overpaying
We assume a forgotten account keeps getting paid for 6 months on average before someone closes it. It is a conservative estimate.
Mekovault closes that leak: it blocks accounts the same day and shows you which licenses to release and reduce.
The link keeps your three numbers: whoever opens it sees the same calculation.

HR, a manager or whoever administers says what they need: an onboarding, an offboarding, an alias, an access or a temporary reactivation. With the date it should happen: today or in two weeks.
